Basic Pension Scheme

As an employee of DSM or a DSM-affiliated company, you accrue pension with PDN. Each employer has its own scheme. This Pension 1-2-3 tells you what you will and will not receive in our pension scheme. It is important to know this, if you change job for example. Pension 1-2-3 does not contain any personal information about your pension. This will be shown in due course on www.mijnpensioenoverzicht.nl, and on My PDN pension on the PDN website .
Our Sustainability Report gives you more insight into our socially responsible investment practices.

The data collected with the aid of Pension 1-2-3 can also be used to compare the contents of two different pension schemes. That is what the ‘Pension Comparison Tool’ was originally intended and designed for. Click here to switch over to the Pension Comparison Tool.
In five basic steps of the Pension 1-2-3 you will be asked to answer some questions about the most important components of a pension scheme.
