New board member wanted for Pensioenfonds PDN Published: 28-07-2025

In October and November, we will be holding elections for one new member of Pensioenfonds PDN's Board. Would you like to be considered? If so, put yourself forward as a candidate.

One Board member representing pensioners is stepping down in February 2026. That is why elections are being held for a new Board member representing the pensioners.

In the composition of the board, we strive for diversity. This means that the board aims for representation of men, women, younger and older members, members with different education, backgrounds, and expertise, and from different regions. Candidates who enhance the diversity of the fund will be preferred in the case of equal suitability.

Board members need to know a great deal about pensions. Pensioenfonds PDN is looking for a candidate who also has experience in the field of investing. There is time and space to further enhance your knowledge after the election. This means that if you are elected, you will initially become a prospective member of the Board. You will then start after your election with a targeted training for board member and member of the Investment Committee.

Who is eligible for election?

All pensioners receiving a pension from Pensioenfonds PDN on February 1, 2026 can put themselves forward as candidates.

If you would like to nominate yourself for the Board, please fill out the nomination form with the letter you’ll receive shortly and send it in by August 29, 2025. Do you have questions about the candidacy? Please contact: bestuursondersteuning.pdn@dpspensioen.nl

An independent external party conducts a preliminary selection and evaluates the candidates who apply. They assess whether you are suitable based on your knowledge and competencies and provide recommendations to the fund.
