On January 9, 2025, Ivo Nelissen formally joined the board of Pensioenfonds PDN as a board member on behalf of employers. Ivo started in September as an aspiring board member and in November the board appointed him as a board member. Dsm-firmenich had nominated Ivo as a candidate, after which the fund's supervisory board positively assessed his suitability. The approval of the regulator, De Nederlandsche Bank has now also been received.

Ivo succeeds Monique van Heeswijk-Kuster. Monique stepped down on 31 December 2024 due to reaching the maximum term of office. The board thanks Monique for her great dedication and commitment to Pensioenfonds PDN.
