With effect from today, 1 December 2023, PDN is a shareholder of pension administration organisation DPS B.V. (formerly DSM Pension Services B.V.).
PDN and dsm-firmenich signed an agreement to acquire DPS in July. The sale is the outcome of a reorientation by dsm-firmenich, which decided to transfer DPS to PDN.
The acquisition of DPS makes PDN the owner and customer of DPS. There will be no changes for PDN members. The services provided by DPS to PDN and its members will remain at the same high-quality level.
