85% of members accruing pension (active members) have confidence in PDN (up from 81% in 2016), a figure which rises to 90% for pensioners.
PDN's average score given by active members rose to 7.6 (up from 7.4 in 2016).
Pensioners give an average score of 7.4.
The number of active members who indicate that they are concerned about the fund’s financial situation has fallen to 51% (compared with 63% previously), with 71% (compared with 76% previously) of them worried that they will receive less pension than is currently indicated when the time comes. 58% of pensioners say they are concerned about this, with 56% fearing that pensions will not be indexed annually.
On behalf of PDN, Keylane carried out a members’ survey among active members and pensioners. A separate survey in Dutch and English is offered for both target groups. In the first week of the two-week survey period, a very large number of people completed the survey. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey. The results will be used to continue to improve how PDN communicates on pension matters and its service.
All results from the members’ survey (only in Dutch) are available here.
