Waardeoverdracht aanvragen? Doe dit vóór 1 oktober 2026
Is het voor jou gunstig je pensioen van een vorige werkgever mee te nemen naar Pensioenfonds PDN vóórdat we op 1 januari 2027 overgaan naar ons nieuwe pensioen?
Dien je verzoek dan in vóór 1 oktober 2026*. Na deze datum neemt Pensioenfonds PDN geen nieuwe verzoeken voor waardeoverdracht meer aan tot na de overgang naar het nieuwe pensioen. Maar let op: Het is niet meer zeker of we jouw verzoek op tijd kunnen inwilligen. Hoe eerder je het verzoek doet, hoe groter nog de kans daarop.

Waarom kan ik na 1 oktober 2026 geen waardeoverdracht doen? +
Pensioenfonds PDN stapt op 1 januari 2027 over naar het nieuwe pensioen. Om deze overgang goed te kunnen voorbereiden, nemen wij vanaf 1 oktober 2026 tijdelijk geen nieuwe verzoeken voor waardeoverdracht meer aan. Na de overgang naar het nieuwe pensioen kun je weer een verzoek indienen.

How long does a value transfer take? +
A value transfer is made between your current pension fund and your old pension fund. The value transfer is initiated by you when you submit the ‘Value Transfer form’ . After that, you do not need to do anything for a while. After some time, Pensioenfonds PDN will send you a calculation of the value of your pension. The value transfer can only proceed once you have agreed to it. The process takes approximately 6-7 months.
How much can you earn by choosing wisely where transition? +
To give you a better idea, here is a calculation example:
Suppose you are 45 years old and you have a retirement pension somewhere that will yield €15,000.00 per year when you retire.
The value of that pension is approximately €70,000.00, which will go into your pension pot.
At Pensioenfonds PDN, with a funding level of 130%, you will receive an additional increase in your pension pot of 12.8% x €70,000 = approximately €9,000 on 1 January 2027. You can then see what increase you can get from your other fund.

How do I apply for a value transfer? +
You can request a value transfer from Pensioenfonds PDN by completing the ‘Value transfer Application form’ and sending it to us.
By what percentage does PDN increase the initial capital of my pension pot? +
That depends on the funding level on 1 January 2027. The increase that Pensioenfonds PDN can give is shown in the table below. Please note: DNB still has to approve this. We will only know in the course of 2026 whether these are the final percentages.
The funding level is now higher than 130%. By how much will my starting capital at Pensioenfonds PDN be increased? +
We do not know that yet. Employers, trade unions and the board of Pensioenfonds PDN need to discuss this. Those discussions are ongoing.
Why do I need to apply for a value transfer before 1 May 2026? +
This is necessary if you want to transfer to Pensioenfonds PDN because of the transition bonus. It can take up to seven months for your request to be processed. If you want to benefit from a better transition bonus, you must submit your application on time. That way, you can be sure that everything will be arranged in time. You can still submit a request after 1 May 2026, but the longer you wait, the less likely it is that you will be on time.
